I am a practitioner in positive psychology with a background in cognitive neuroscience and mindfulness-based practices. My work focuses on helping individuals develop deeper self-understanding, emotional awareness, and intuitive clarity.
I believe that emotions are not only psychological or physical experiences, but are also connected to a deeper spiritual dimension of human interaction. Many people sense their inner voice but may struggle to understand or trust it. My approach focuses on helping individuals reconnect with this inner awareness, allowing them to navigate emotions, relationships, communication, and intuition with greater clarity.
What distinguishes my work is the depth of human understanding that emerges through direct conversation, presence, and intuitive listening — something that cannot be replicated through automated tools or generalised advice.
I offer personalised one-to-one consultations and small group workshops, both online and in person. Each session is tailored to the individual’s unique experiences and needs, guiding them towards deeper self-understanding, emotional clarity, and the ability to listen to their own intuition.
